Terms of use Welcome to Times Community News! We have developed these Terms of Use to govern your use of Times Community News.   • advertises, promotes or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such commercial purposes
  • uploads copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind on Times Community News without the express permission of the owner of that material.
  • uses or attempt to use another's account, password, service or system except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.
  • uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files computer code, files or programs including but not limited to Trojan horses, cancelbots, easter eggs
  • disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of Times Community News, or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through Times Community News or affiliated or linked sites.
  • Constitutes or contains affiliate marketing, junk mail, spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes
  • Uses automated means including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like to download data from the site without express permission
  • Repeatedly posts the same or similar content or otherwise imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Times Community News infrastructure
