The Burroughs High baseball program will be holding its annual alumni game Feb. 27 at the school's home field.
The day will begin with a game between the junior varsity and freshmen teams at 10 a.m. Lunch will follow at 12:30 p.m., and a home-run derby is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The premier game will pit the 2010 Indians’ varsity squad against an alumni squad at 2 p.m. The Tepee concession stand will be open during the festivities, selling hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos and other items.
The organizers are looking for former Burroughs players who would like to participate in the alumni game. Former players can contact Jovita Ortega at (818) 489-6440.
