Burroughs' Tubert to sign national letter of intent

Wednesday, the two-time Pacific League champion, who is headed to the University of Arkansas, will sign a national  letter of intent at 10 a.m. at De Bell Golf Club. Tuesday, Tubert, a senior, placed second in a playoff at the CIF Southern Section Northern Individual Regional at Soule Park Gof Club in Ojai. Tubert will play Nov. 12 in the CIF Individual Final and Women's Southern California Golf Assn. Qualifying Tournament at Talega Golf Club in San Clemente. Tubert is the reigning All-Area Player of the Year.
