VIDEO: Ed Begley, Jr. at Healthy Air Walk Kickoff

I rolled out of bed slightly earlier than usual for the Healthy Air Walk kickoff this morning. The event, held at Woodbury University, was held to promote the American Lung Association fundraiser of the same name. First, a confession: Though I live in Burbank, I'd never been to Woodbury. In fact, I drove right past a huge set of gates and friggin' big sign. Oops. I guess I needed more coffee. Upon arrival, I was struck by the beauty - albeit tiny beauty - that is Woodbury. The Healthy Air Walk, one of several in the state, will be held in Burbank downtown on Oct. 3. On that day, participants will gather outside the Community Services Building at 150 N. Third St. for - according to a news release about the event - "a fun and easy walk suitable for people of all ages..." There is no direct cost to take part, though participants are expected to raise at least $100 for the cause. And, this being LA, the fundraiser has a celebrity: Ed Begley, Jr. The actor has been in a ton of stuff... Check out his IMDB page here.
